The Flagler PAL Executive Board oversees the entire PAL organization's operations including, but not limited to all major sports programs (baseball, football, basketball, and cheerleading) and all minor programs.  Flagler PAL is operated on a day to day basis by the office staff, under the guidance and direction of the PAL Executive Board.
