Welcome to Flagler PAL Pop Warner Football!
The Flagler PAL Pop Warner football program serves over 250 kids per year and is
organized and run by a 100% volunteer staff. The Pop Warner program is also the only
national youth football program that requires academic success before athletic
participation.
Florida Hospital Flagler is offering FREE Physicals to Flagler PAL Participants
at their new location off Palm Coast Pkwy between 6/19 and 7/13.

Everyone received a yellow flyer in their registration packet with all the
details - you must present that flyer at the time of your appointment to receive the free service.
2012 REGISTRATION INFORMATION: The fee this year is $185 ($145 if you have a state
benefits letter - you MUST bring the letter to registration to receive the
discount).
A $100 non-refundable deposit is due from everyone at the time of
registration. Teams are filled on a first come first serve basis.
In order to register, the player must be present for weigh-in, have
their original birth certificate, and submit a $100 deposit.
Important: Final Report Card, 2012 Pop Warner Physical, 2x3 Photo and any Outstanding
Balances (with proof of State Benefits if applicable) are due by July 16th!
